We just got back from yet another wonderful trip to California. We had a wonderful time hanging out with family and friends and very much enjoyed the perfect weather. Just a few of the highlight of our trip are pictured below.
This was Blake's first plane ride so we had to document it. He did great, as did Brooklyn, who loves to fly. My wonderful mom flew back to O.C. with us, which was much needed with 2 small kids. And Matt got to escort us all the way to the gate, even though he didn't fly down with us. (He flew down later in the week.) I got to say, I love being married to a pilot!
This was at the splash pool in Ladera Ranch where Michelle & Ben live. Brooklyn had a blast playing in the water with Nana, and cousin's Jacob and Sierra.
No trip to Cali would be complete without a few days down at the M.V. lake near my parents house.
Turns out Matt is quite the sand sculptor. And Sierra loved his acrobatic skills.
A lake adventure is not complete without taking Grampy's boat for a spin.
Brooklyn found a partner in crime with cousin Sierra. She absolutely loved playing dress up with her and followed her around all weekend.
This is a quick video of the fairy princess's in action.
The biggest highlight of the week for me was seeing my best friend from High school, Tammy. We haven't seen each other since my wedding 5 years ago. It was so great to see her and we had a great time catching up.

I am glad you guys are back! So many great pictures. I am so impressed with the sand elephant sculpture...Wow! That is the cutest thing! Way to go Matt!
We are glad you guys had a blast!
That sand sculpture reminds me of our trip to Mazatlan. Matt probably doesn't want to hear that though! :) But seriously, you guys aren't going down there again without me. To this day, our trip down there for your wedding is my favorite vacation ever! I have been missing M.V. for 5 years now... sigh...
My jealousy is making me nauseous (LITERALLY!) sxz -Tv ch cc z9 (that last part was a message from Luke)
