Us in a Bubble!

This is us at the Discovery Childrens Museum in Costa Mesa. We went there last April and saw this amazing bubble man that can do crazy things with bubbles. I have been meaning to post this picture for a while and figured now was better than later. It is a great Childrens museum and I highly suggest going if ever in the area.

Bicycle...Bicycle!

I Want to Ride My Bicycle, I Want to Ride My Bike...

A couple weeks ago, our little baby girl learned how to ride a bike! I still can't believe it. It only took her like an hour to learn and she hasn't stopped since, riding everyday.

Blake, of course, wanted to be a part of the action too.

Ready...Set...Goooooooooooooooo!

And she's off!
So proud of our Brooklyn!

Ryan Seacrest's Point of View

THIS. . .IS AMERICAN IDOL. . . . . . . . .REHEARSALS

Here is a picture of us that was taken with Ryan Seacrest's cell phone during the Tuesday afternoon rehearsal of American Idol. He published it on his Twitter account for all to see. If you're interested in taking a look, here's the address. . .

We were pretty much the first people to be let into the studio, and they wanted us to be in "the pit." It was really fun because everybody was very nice, and interactive with us. I guess the rehearsal is much lower key than the live show, so we were able to talk to the contestants and with Ryan. The judges weren't there which was kind of a bummer. They're not allowed to watch the rehearsal I guess.

One of the afternoon's highlights was that Julie was hand picked along with about 8 other girls to stand in front of Casey James while he performed. Before his performance she did a little "harmless flirting" with him which impressed him enough that he introduced himself to her, and shook her hand. She says it was harmless. . .I don't know. I'll allow it.

We were hoping to make it to the live show, but it was not to be. I guess our charm only goes so far. But it was fun and we made Aaron laugh by yelling that he was sexy. He gave us a blushed look along with two thumbs up. Shiobahn was very funny, and gave a crazy sweet performance. Crystal was perfect as usual, and the others were great too. Lee was the first to sing. He did awesome. All the girls were going nuts over him. Listening to them live was just something else. It's cool to see them in that kind of setting. We were very lucky to be so close to them. We were on the front row of the Left pit.

We'll be going again next chance we get. It really was a blast.

Seacrest out!
